Ten Channel System
The 10-channel system is mounted on a pallet-sized equipment skid and weighs about 300 pounds. It is shipped on a plastic drum pallet that can be moved by forklift or can be simply skidded on the ground. The system can be removed from the pallet and moved on integral wheels if the ground surface permits. A backflow preventer is included. Each of the ten injection points can be put on line or taken off line at any time. Flow meters, pressure gauges, throttling valves, and sight gauges at each wellhead unit allow for precise control of injection volumes and rates at each injection point. One thousand feet of hose is provided with the standard rental package. Hoses, wellhead units, and other equipment are shipped in a pallet-sized collapsible bulk container that weighs about 560 pounds and can be moved by forklift.
Two versions of the 10-channel system are available. One uses dual Dosmatic A20-10% pumps that have a capacity of 2 to 20 gpm each (40 gpm total flow capacity) and operate at 5 to 55 psi. The feed ratio of A20 pumps can be adjusted to inject 2% to 10% emulsion. The second version uses dual Dosmatic A30-5% pumps that have a capacity of 0.15 to 30 gpm each (60 gpm total flow capacity) and operate at 5 to 100 psi. The feed ratio of A30 pumps can be adjusted to inject 0.5% to 5% emulsion.
